We are two amateur cooks with a passion for good quality home-made food that with a focus on fresh, local seasonal ingredients.
We dislike eating numbers, and have a mantra that food should be prepared from scratch with as few impurities such as preservatives, artificial colouring and other agents. We are not vegetarians, but believe that animals must be treated humanely and use free-range pork, eggs and chicken.
We are constantly on the hunt for new fresh ingredients, and have a thriving suburban vegetable garden supplying us with fresh seasonal ingredients.
We have distinct differing passions in the kitchen, One likes fast and easy food, and enjoys making Asian meals, and stir-frys. The other likes more European fare that is cooked slowly and can spend a whole day in the kitchen. We work together and have good calisthenics when cooking together.
We like wine and pairing this with food.
